how to get reconnected Empty how to get reconnected

I have 2 boxes that were working ok,but about 10 days ago when I went into the Plex app it just says can't connect to server on both.My WiFi has been fine so no problem there,please can you help me get reconnected,I don't think I can take much more of just freeview!

Can you post a screenshot of what message appears as you open the Plex app?
