problem playing some files

Hi

Im having some trouble playing certain files, i have tried both automatic and direct play with fallback. When i choose d/play with fallback the loading bar loads to the very last point then just stops.

The files have had trouble with are Westworld episode 1, Mr robot season 2 episode 9 onwards and Sopranos season 5 episode 11 onwards. Iv had no issue with the other episodes of these programmes.

I have tested the episodes you have highlighted above.

Westworld and The Sopranos is working fine but there does seem to be a problem with the Mr Robot episode you mentioned.

Can you restart your device through settings and try and the westworld and Sopranos episodes again?

Still have the same issue, iv reset my box and updated connection. The file on automatic just doesn't play at all and then for direct play with fallback it only loads to the very last point then stops.

is there anything else i can try for this? any help is appreciated. Thanks

As you are managing to play other files and the files seem fine from my end I'm not sure what you can do, apart from keep trying.
